Hello! My name is Lauren Traficanto and welcome to my website! I’ve been a real estate broker in Chicago for 15 years and have found enormous success in preparing and staging my client’s properties over the years. I’ve always included my services in my real estate fees to my clients, but have now opened up my staging/design services to other real estate brokers or anyone selling a property. Just like how first impressions matter when meeting someone for the first time, your home’s first impression to potential buyers is vital for a quick and profitable sale.
